Welcome back to Bedsole Outdoor Adventures Weekly Fishing Report! We’re excited to share our passion for the great outdoors through our website, blog and social media. Our goal is to streamline your adventure preparation with quick links to top gear through our partner program.
According to the Captains along the coast from Destin/PCB to Gulf Shores, the fishing activity is solid with a variety of fish being caught both nearshore and offshore. From a weather perspective, Wednesday 7-16 forward looks good. Waves are averaging 1-3 feet for most of the week with 2-4 ft waves predicted on Friday 7-18.
Captains in Destin and Panama City reported solid catches last week and expect the same in the coming week. The public wrecks and reefs are getting fished heavily so you may end up moving around to the smaller reefs.
It's time to book your trip is now.
What is HOT !!!!! The Red Snapper were hot on wrecks and reefs, Mangrove Snapper, Red Grouper, Mahi Mahi, Spotted Trout, King Mackerel, Triple Tail, Amberjack, Black Drum and Grouper, Almaco Jack, and Vermillion. Captains reported limiting out hooking fish in the 10lb - 20lb range. King mackerel are thick right now so trolling can give you another species to limit out.

October 3-5, 10-12, 17-19, 24-26, 31
